Replacement Policy

Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect choices, or personalization details submitted incorrectly by the customer.

However, we will gladly help if your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly made due to our error
  • Missing items from the order

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Personalized items cannot be replaced for spelling errors, incorrect names, dates, or details entered by the customer at checkout.
  • Slight variations in engraving placement, tone, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
  • We may request additional information before approving a replacement.
